    We are building Posti into an international and increasingly profitable delivery and logistics company. We at Posti, together with data, digitalization, technology, and a scalable delivery network, support our customers with all their logistics needs in Finland, Sweden, and the Baltic countries.

Growth – mainly organic, in addition to which Posti may consider potential selected M&A:   Posti aims to drive growth in Fulfillment and Logistics Services, eCommerce and Delivery Services, as well as digital services through a unified customer acquisition model, offering and digital solutions. Posti may also consider possible acquisitions and transactions that could complement Posti’s existing operations and support the growth of Posti's business in the future.

    Posti as part of a changing society

    Over the past decade, digitalization has changed society and people's behavior in a way that is also reflected in our operations.

    Between 2019 and 2024, the market contracted by about 3 percent per year. The volume of paper mail has declined and is expected to continue decreasing, as digital communication by both public and private sector operators increasingly replaces paper mail. At the same time, the parcel and online retail business has grown to such extent that it has redefined our focus: our business now revolves around parcels and streams of goods.

    With consumers and businesses demanding services that are fast, effortless, and sustainable, what is needed is a player able to integrate online retail, logistics services, and postal services in a sustainable way. Step forward Posti.
