Would you be our new Leadership and Talent Development Manager?

In this position you are a key player in making sure we create world-class employee experience. You get to develop Posti`s talent management and leadership development framework, approach, services, solutions, and work also directly with Posti leaders at various parts of the organization. Your handprint will be visible as Posti gets to the next phase in this field.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and develop our talent management and leadership development framework, processes, and services (operations and expert levels).
  • Develop scalable learning solutions to ensure Posti has excellent leaders at all levels.
  • Establishing talent and leadership assessment practices and policy.
  • Design user friendly digital processes for succession and talent management processes in our HR digital platform (Workday).
  • Track, analyze and provide insights on talent management and leadership development related KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and data.
  • Design and implement impactful talent programs at various levels of organization.
  • Create scalable coaching and mentoring concepts for the organization.
  • Active participation in Posti Common People Journey (strategy) work in close collaboration with business.
  • You are the ambassador of the leadership development culture, and you cooperate with internal stakeholders e.g., business units.

  • You are an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the field of Talent Management and Leadership development with large organizations.
  • You are eager to follow and adopt the trends in your field.
  • You are excited when you get to make changes and want to operate in our fast-paced organizational environment.
  • You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and you can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You are a great teammate; wanting to help colleagues, collaborate in implementing innovative ideas, and to make each other better.
  • You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. 

Candidate Journey

  • First meeting: You will meet hiring supervisor Samuli and your team members Piia and Kaisa. The aim is for us to get to know who you are, what kind of work experience you have and what motivates you. This is also an opportunity for you to learn about Posti, the wider HR team and the specifics of the role.
  • Individual assessment
  • 2nd round: You will meet members from our HR team so we can learn more about each other.
  • Final round: You will meet HR Director Timo. This is your opportunity to find out more about our strategy and vision and to make sure that you are making the right choice.
