Our Online Development team develops core Posti level online services and channels and acts as a forerunner of our ways of working.

Would you be our new Product Owner?

Come to strengthen our digital service development as a Product Owner of posti.fi -web service.

Product Owner (PO) leads the respected online channel development and steers the development teams together with identified business owners and stakeholders. As PO you will collaborate closely with business, service design and architecture to contribute, control and communicate the vision, roadmap and customer experience as one service. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into digital service development roadmap. You will also own and prioritize development items in the respected team backlog and align the work incrementally with other development teams around roadmap execution, discovered insights and portfolio initiatives. You represent the voice of customer and business in development increments and iterations.

In this role you will get a change to partner with business and product management across Posti to understand and influence business strategy and also collaborate closely with group communications, sales and marketing teams.

 Would this be you?

  • proven experience on leading the development of modern web services and/or mobile applications
  • solid experience in customer centric and data-driven development and smooth collaboration with business, architecture and service design.
  • ability to lead agile development at scale in complex environment
  • strong interpersonal and communications skills, ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • applicable Bachelor or Masters degree level education
