Would you be our new Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment?

You are a force behind the change we want to create in Posti`s Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Employer Branding. Join our HR to ensure we are able to attract the right talent in order for us to reach our strategic goals!

As a trusted Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment you are a key player in making sure we identify, attract, and hire the right talent to Posti. We know that what counts in this role is your ability to establish long term partnerships with business and stakeholders, understand the talent needs of different teams today and in the future, as well as your ability to build and develop our operations and expert recruitment operating models and processes even further with excellent candidate experience in mind. Maybe you have also built recruitment processes from scratch? While taking ownership of Posti`s Talent Acquisition and Recruitment you also drive Employer Branding in co-operation with internal stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and develop our talent acquisition and recruitment operating models and processes (operations and expert recruitments).
  • Develop scalable processes to ensure Posti has the right skills and capabilities in place.
  • Work with the team to provide smooth candidate experience to all new hires.
  • Support and advise hiring managers in recruitments.
  • Drive employer branding communications and activities in co-operation with internal stakeholders.
  • Unify our onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate broadly across Posti with e.g. hiring managers and HR.
  • Lead, coach and develop the team.
  • Track, analyze and provide insights on recruitment and employer branding related KPIs and data.
  • Responsibility for Posti-level recruitment trainings, referral programs, school collaboration and external partner co-operation.

Does this sound like you?

  • You are an experienced Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Employer Branding professional, and you have good insight and network within the Finnish talent market and recruitment partner network.
  • You have a solid background in operational and expert recruitments, resourcing and onboarding and preferably experience from an industrial work environment.
  • You quickly adapt to changes and are able to operate in our fast-paced organizational environment.
  • You have excellent organizational, interpersonal and team building skills and are able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You have a positive, proactive and energetic working style and hands-on attitude - leading by example.
  • You are an outstanding teammate; wanting to help colleagues, collaborate in implementing new ideas, and to make each other better.
  • You communicate fluently in Finnish and English.

  • First meeting: You will meet your team member Mari and VP HR Anne. The aim is for us to get to know who you are, what kind of work experience you have and what motivates you. This is also an opportunity for you to learn about Posti, the wider HR team and the specifics of the role.
  • Individual assessment
  • 2nd round: You will meet members from our HR team so we can learn more about each other.
  • Final round: You will meet HR Director Timo. This is your opportunity to find out more about our strategy and vision and to make sure that you are making the right choice.
